Plans

palumb is priced on a single, honest metric — your number of active subscribersnot on how many notifications you send. Notification volume is never metered and never capped: delivery is guaranteed, not rationed. Reliability (EU-sovereign + guaranteed delivery) is identical on every tier; higher tiers simply serve more active subscribers, and Business adds a signed DPA + EU data residency.

Every plan is the same product — same runtime, same API, same dashboard, all EU-sovereign with guaranteed delivery and unlimited workflows & sends. Business adds a signed DPA + EU data residency and a longer delivery-log retention window (1 year). Above ~10,000 active subscribers is a Custom tier (multi-year retention, dedicated residency, credit-backed SLA).

An active subscriber is a recipient who received at least one notification during the billing month. Dormant subscribers don’t count. Adding subscribers, configuring channels, firing triggers and driving your Bridge are not metered — and the number of notifications you send is never metered or capped.

No quotas, no caps — delivery is guaranteed

Section titled “No quotas, no caps — delivery is guaranteed”

There is no delivery quota and no hard cap. Because notifications can be vital (a deadline, an incident, a security alert), palumb never pauses or throttles your sending to hit a billing limit — delivery is guaranteed, not rationed. Plans differ by how many active subscribers you serve, never by how many messages you send.

You connect each channel with your own provider credentials (SMTP, Twilio, FCM/APNs, Slack, …) and pay the provider directly. palumb orchestrates the workflow and records every delivery in your delivery log — it doesn’t resell sending.

You change plans yourself in the dashboard, via checkout; an upgrade takes effect immediately. Payments and EU VAT are handled by Creem as the Merchant of Record — the seller of record for your subscription.
